KUALA LUMPUR, April 2 — A proposal to allow travelling across states for those who have completed the second dose of vaccination will be discussed in detail in a special meeting of the National Security Council (NSC), said Senior Minister (Security Cluster), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
